ML Flex

Usage: The ML Flex system has a wide range of possible applications, which are modified to suit the individual conditions on site.

ML Flex can be mounted onto both walls and ceilings. The humidification volume is defined by the number of nozzles and can be expanded as required.

The fixed ML water treatment and high-pressure pump can be adapted and expanded to customer specifications. This makes humidification volumes possible of up to 10,000 kg/hour.

Maintenance of the ML system is done exclusively on-site. The scope of service and maintenance is set out in individual maintenance agreements.

  • High capacity – Water treatment and the high-pressure pump can be upgraded flexibly, and can achieve volumes of up to 10,000 kg/hour.
  • Flexible – Can be mounted on walls or ceilings. Since the high-pressure nozzles are engineered as T-pieces, they can be adjusted individually to set the fogging angle as desired, so as to achieve optimum humidification results.
  • Stainless steel for safety – All nozzles and supply lines are made from high-quality stainless steel, guaranteeing a long service life and optimum levels of hygiene.
  • Certified hygiene - The "Optimised Air Humidification" certificate from German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV) is a system certificate required for the successful VDI certification of DRAABE systems.
