New all-in-one systems from Draabe

Draabe will be presenting two new all-in-one systems for humidification as well as a new digital control system.

With DuoPur and TrePur, Draabe will be presenting the latest generation of water treatment and high-pressure pulsation systems in Düsseldorf. Both systems are designed for a maximum output of up to 80 litres an hour, and are therefore especially suitable for cost-effective deployment in small- and medium-scale applications in the printing industry. Draabe is the only drupa exhibitor who is permitted to certify air humidification systems according to the latest VDI 6022 Part 6.

Multifunctional

In comparison to previous Pur systems, the new systems have all of their technology packed into a single container. This compact design has been enabled by a complete system redesign. With its new all-in-one systems, Draabe is aiming to reduce the effort required for installation, operation and ongoing maintenance. Also with the new systems, maintenance involves the containers being exchanged every six months, during which all of the necessary hygiene work, updates and functional tests are carried out. Draabe’s TrePur system differs to the DuoPur system by featuring an additional demineralisation level for especially sensitive applications.

New control system

For precise control and monitoring of the air humidification system, Draabe will also be exhibiting a completely redesigned digital control system at drupa. The new HumSpot and HumCenter control units will now be deployed for all Draabe systems. New features include comprehensive functionality for analysing the operating and maintenance status of humidification, plus interfaces to all popular building management systems.

The new Draabe systems will be exhibited at drupa in Hall 16, Stand D43 and Hall 1, Stand B10. In addition, Draabe air humidification systems can also be seen live in action at Hewlett-Packard in Hall 17 and at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen in Hall 1.
